Carlos Alcaraz battled past Jaume Munar in a grueling three-hour, 23-minute match at Queen’s Club, winning 6-4, 6-7(9), 7-5 to reach the quarterfinals. The epic became the longest match at the event since 1991. Despite 53 unforced errors and struggles with his serve, Alcaraz fought back from 4-2 down in the third set. “I still don’t know how I’m standing,” he said after sealing his 15th straight win. Meanwhile, Jannik Sinner suffered a shocking loss to world No. 45 Alexander Bublik in Halle. Alcaraz continues proving his prowess on grass with a 22-1 record since 2023.
