Former First Lady Melania Trump, 55, received Fox Nation’s “Patriot of the Year” award during a ceremony at the Tilles Performing Arts Center in Greenvale, New York. The event, hosted by Fox Nation—Fox News’ conservative-leaning streaming platform—recognized her contributions to children’s rights and her advocacy for creativity and innovation as core American values. In her speech, Mrs. Trump emphasized that “innovation is a form of patriotism” and praised those who “think creatively,” calling them “the heartbeat of our civilization.” Born in Slovenia in 1970, she became a U.S. citizen in 2006 after marrying Donald Trump in 2005. President Trump received the same honor last December.
