In a daring air rescue operation, the Pakistan Army saved multiple families trapped by rising floodwaters during intense monsoon rains across Punjab. A major mission was carried out near Chakri Road, Rawalpindi, where a family in Ladian village was airlifted from their rooftop amidst worsening conditions. Despite poor visibility, the helicopter crew executed the rescue with precision and bravery. Simultaneously, army teams are actively evacuating civilians and distributing aid in Rasool Nagar Khurd, Burhan Nala, and Dhok Badar in Jhelum. With more rain forecasted, both military and civil forces remain on high alert to protect vulnerable communities.
