The Ministry of Defence confirmed that all three nations have renewed their determination to deliver the landmark defence agreement. Healey met with US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Australian Defence Minister Richard Marles, where progress, challenges, and timelines were reviewed. Officials described the discussions as positive, underlining shared strategic priorities, deeper defence cooperation, and long-term regional security goals under AUKUS.
