India and Russia concluded the 14th edition of their joint Naval Exercise INDRA 2025 from March 28 to April 2, as announced by the Ministry of Defence. Held off the coast of Chennai, the drills featured complex manoeuvres, tactical engagements, and structured training aimed at enhancing interoperability and joint combat readiness. The exercise reinforced strategic maritime cooperation, sharing of operational doctrines, and commitment to global peace and maritime security. Since 2003, INDRA has been a vital element of India-Russia defence ties, evolving into a symbol of deep-rooted naval collaboration and shared maritime vision.
