The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has successfully conducted the flight test of the indigenously developed Taimoor Air-Launched Cruise Missile, marking a significant milestone in Pakistan’s defence and aerospace capabilities. According to ISPR, the missile is capable of striking both land and sea targets with high precision at a range of up to 600 kilometers. Equipped with advanced navigation and guidance systems, Taimoor is designed for very low-altitude flight, allowing it to evade modern air and missile defence systems. Senior military leadership, scientists, and engineers witnessed the test. Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu lauded the teams’ professionalism. The leadership termed the achievement a major step toward self-reliance, deterrence strength, and national security.
