Ukraine has unveiled an upgraded Neptune missile with a 1,000 km range, capable of striking deep inside Russia. Reports suggest it was used to hit a Russian oil refinery in Tuapse. Experts believe it’s a modification of the R-360 anti-ship missile, now adapted for land targets. Questions remain about Ukraine’s ability to mass-produce it, but experts estimate a potential output of 40–50 missiles per month.
